Three Englishmen were traveling through a scorching desert.

They had been walking for hours, and by the time they stopped to rest, they were exhausted, thirsty, and extremely hungry.

Eventually, they came across a friendly nomad sitting beside two camels—one alive and one that had sadly passed away.

The nomad looked at the three travelers and said, “You fellows look like you could use a meal.”

The three men eagerly nodded.

“I was just about to prepare some food from this camel,” the nomad continued.

“I suppose I can share it with you.”

The men were grateful, but then they started arguing about who should get the best part.

Finally, one of them had an idea.

“Gentlemen, let’s settle this fairly. Whatever football team we support determines which part we get!”

Everyone agreed.

The first man proudly announced, “I support Liverpool.”

“Perfect!” said the nomad.

“You get the liver.”

The second man smiled.

“I support Hartlepool.”

“Excellent!” said the nomad.

“You get the heart.”

Then everyone looked at the third man.

“So, which team do you support?” they asked.

He proudly replied:

“Arsenal.”

The other two men waited for him to claim his part.

Instead, he shook his head and said:

“Actually, I’m not hungry anymore.”

The nomad stared at him.

The other two men burst out laughing.

Apparently, even in the middle of the desert, some football fans know when it’s time to leave the menu alone!
