The Taxi Fare Surprise

A guy and his date decided to take a quiet drive out of town and enjoy some privacy away from the busy streets.

They parked along a peaceful back road, talked for a while, laughed together, and eventually the evening became a little more romantic.

Just as things were getting serious, the woman suddenly stopped and said,

“I probably should have told you this earlier, but I’m a professional companion, and I charge $100.”

The guy was surprised, but after thinking about it for a moment, he agreed and paid her.

They continued enjoying their evening together.

When everything was finished, the guy leaned back in the driver’s seat, relaxed, and started looking out the window.

After a few minutes, the woman smiled and asked,

“So… aren’t we going back to town?”

The guy calmly started the car and said,

“Oh, I should have mentioned this earlier too. I’m actually a taxi driver.”

She looked confused.

He smiled and added, “And the fare back to town is $125.”

Suddenly, that peaceful little back-road adventure had turned into the most expensive taxi ride neither of them had planned!
